We're looking at buying some land to put up a new cabin and the U of M Extension is always a good place to start.

After installing an implementation of Expose for Vista, I found I really missed it on the XP boxes I work on, so I'm going to give this a shot and see if my needs are met.

Personal Loans from Virgin Money

I like their choice of "Handshake" and "Handshake Plus" to describe their product, which is a way to manage a loan to a friend or relative, etc. with a bit more behind it than just a verbal agreement.

I use a stripped-down screen capture utility called Lightning Navigator. It is basically shortcut software in which multiple tasks can be executed by pressing Control+Alt+YourKey hotkeys. One of the shortcuts, Control+Alt+PrintScreen gives you a cursor which youdrag across ant part of your screen to capture it. As soon as you release the mouse button, the image automatically goes into the clipboard and can be pasted into Word, Excel, Paint, Photoshop, etc. It is just really easy and always on hand. The other shortcutting features are well worth a look, too. Screen Grabs by Lightning Navigator
